Get Involved!

Music City Tech is a community event run exclusively by volunteers and, while it’s a lot of work to put on a great conference, we have a lot of fun doing it!

Individuals who volunteer at least 8 hours receive a free all-access pass.

Example Volunteer Duties:

Parking Attendant:  Helps direct traffic at the parking garages and assist attendees in finding the correct building.  This ensures that folks park where they are supposed to and avoid getting ticketed.

Registration:  Check in attendees and hand out badges. Fast-paced, but a great way to meet everyone.

Session Monitor:  Responsible for helping speakers as needed, collecting headcount data, and collecting completed session surveys.  Bonus: Watch sessions while volunteering!

Floater:  Will be utilized throughout the day to help production, registration, sponsors, set-up, clean-up, etc. You may be asked to lift or move heavy things.
